Technical Business Analyst _ Identity & Access Management (IAM)

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document IAM requirements
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
• Define use cases for: User onboarding/offboarding (Joiner-Mover-Leaver), Access requests and approvals, Role-based access control (RBAC)
• Conduct gap analysis for existing IAM processes
• Support Work with IAM architects to design solutions for: SSO (Single Sign-On), MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication), Identity Federation (SAML, OAuth, OIDC)
• Aid in designing: Role models and entitlement mapping, Access policies and workflows, Create process flows, data models, and system diagrams
• Analyze integrations between IAM systems and: Active Directory / LDAP, HR systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors), Enterprise apps (Salesforce, ServiceNow)
• Support API-based integrations and data mapping
• Work with development teams on IAM configurations and enhancements
• Support implementation of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
• Define and document: Access certification processes, Segregation of Duties (SoD) rules
• Absorb and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements: SOX, GDPR, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001
• Assist in audit preparation and remediation tracking
• Develop test cases, test scenarios, and UAT plans
• Perform system, integration, and user acceptance testing
• Validate IAM workflows, provisioning, and de-provisioning processes
