About the role
This role is responsible for managing the institute’s research projects and ensuring successful completion within budget and timeline.Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee research projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement project plans.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Oversee resource allocation and procurement processes.
- Communicate progress and issues to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or related field.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with project management software.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Skills
- Project management certifications (PMP, Prince2, etc.) are a plus.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
