About the role

This role is responsible for managing the institute’s research projects and ensuring successful completion within budget and timeline.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee research projects from inception to completion.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement project plans.
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  • Oversee resource allocation and procurement processes.
  • Communicate progress and issues to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or related field.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience with project management software.

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Skills

  • Project management certifications (PMP, Prince2, etc.) are a plus.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

The starting salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule
