About the role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect specializing in Partner Relationship Management (PRM) to lead high-impact technical engagements that transform how enterprise clients recruit, onboard, enable, and co-sell with their indirect sales channels and partner networks. As a PRM Subject Matter Expert, you will guide customers and prospects through assessing their current partner infrastructure, designing scalable Salesforce Experience Cloud architectures, and implementing end-to-end PRM solutions that drive channel revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the architectural design and strategic technical roadmap for enterprise Salesforce PRM implementations, ensuring client platforms scale to support complex partner hierarchies, deal registration, co-selling, and MDF (Marketing Development Funds) allocation.
  • Assist in creating a technical roadmap to ensure a company has the technical infrastructure in place to solve customer business problems.
  • Serve as the technical authority on Salesforce Experience Cloud, partner portals, channel management workflows, partner security models (sharing sets, sharing rules, external user security), and B2B integrations (ERP, PRM-to-CRM, and third-party partner tools).
  • Drive some of Salesforce's largest, most strategic opportunities by segment or industry verticals and ensure the technical win in top accounts.
  • Work effectively individually and with team members toward customer satisfaction and success.
  • Demonstrate a basic level of knowledge of common enterprise systems such as CRM or ERP.
  • Seek opportunities to develop professional skills and achieve necessary technical certifications.
  • Travel with client or project team as needed.
  • Perform Salesforce.com administration, configuration, and data migration duties as directed.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience developing Salesforce PRM/Experience Cloud solutions, including custom Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), custom API integrations, and complex data migrations.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience developing Salesforce customizations (Apex/VF), integrations, and executing data migrations.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience creating the technical architecture for complex Salesforce implementations.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technology implementation for full lifecycle enterprise software projects.
  • Active Salesforce Administrator or other Salesforce certification required.
  • Occasional travel to client site in Austin, TX.
  • Full-time permanent US work authorization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong background in Cloud Computing solutions – cloud computing strategy, systems design, implementation, and management.
  • Knowledge of XML, SQL, HTTP/HTTPS, and EAI processes.
  • Familiarity with multiple implementation standards and methodologies.
  • Programming Languages – APEX, VisualForce, familiarity with ANT and Eclipse tools for working with the IDE.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Level 2 or Level 3 Salesforce Certifications.

Benefits

  • Flexible working hours with an emphasis on life-work balance.
  • Remote flexible work; company office locations in Palm Coast, FL; Atlanta, GA; Tysons, VA; and Lexington, KY.
  • Unlimited Paid Time Off (PTO).
  • 401K with company match.
  • Medical, Vision, and Dental coverage.
  • Competitive quarterly bonus opportunities.
  • Continuing education and certification reimbursements, specifically within the Salesforce and Snowflake ecosystems.
  • Occasional in-house competitions with spot bonuses.
  • Frequent team and culture activities, virtual and in-person, including Lunch and Learns, Happy Hours, and team-building events.
  • Monthly All-Hands calls to bring the company together, and an open-door leadership policy with access to mentorship and guidance.
  • Opportunities for accelerated growth, networking, and career guidance and support.
