Technical Architect

Responsibilities

• Oversight and coordination of all project phases from initiation through deployment.
• Experience in project planning, status reporting, metric creation, and backlog management.
• Experience in Agile methodology, Scrum is a must.
• Experience in implementation of new web application projects from scratch.
• Previously worked as full stack developer/lead on technologies such as TypeScript, React, Node.js, Next.js, and PostgresSQL to help drive business requirements for new feature application development.
• Ensuring alignment with and achievement of project timelines, deliverables, within budget and with high levels of quality.
• Facilitating timely and effective communication among stakeholders and team members.
• Organizational skill to track the progress of items directly with development teams and resolve any bottlenecks.
• Strong technical understanding of operating systems and how the various layers in the software stack fit together.
• Adept at creative and critical thinking, able to deconstruct problems, resolve conflicts, and lead the teams to solutions.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of personal responsibility and a technical orientation.
• Proven track record in defining processes and executing on them.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, especially the ability to filter and distill meaningful information to the right audience.

Pay

$90,000 - $140,000 per year
