Roles & Responsibilities
- 10+ years of experience in Java, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Rest API, microservices, Kafka, Cloud, Kubernetes, MongoDB/Cockroach DB, Docker / OpenShift.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming concepts, Agile way of working and CI/CD concepts.
- Familiar with various design and architectural patterns
- Knowledge of concurrency patterns in Java
- Skills for writing reusable Java libraries
- Knack for writing clean, readable Java code.
- Working with Relational (MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra) databases.
- Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
- Understanding of the class loading mechanism in Java
- Understanding of JVM, its limitations, weaknesses, and workarounds
- Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
- Familiarity with build tools such as Ant, Maven, and Gradle
- Familiarity with concepts of CI/CD, Kafka, MQ, Performance Improvement, Splunk, SQL
Pay
Salary Range- $110,000-$145,000 a year
