Technical Architect

Responsibilities

• Assess business requirements and understand enterprise functional needs.
• Analyze existing applications and system landscape for redundancies or inefficiencies.
• Define the target-state architecture and conceptualize technical solutions to complex business problems.
• Develop high-level design patterns, standards, and architectural guidelines.
• Evaluate technology options and recommend platforms, tools, or frameworks aligned with business goals.
• Engage stakeholders to secure organizational alignment and approval for architectural plans.
• Translate requirements into solution roadmaps, architectural artifacts, and implementation strategies.
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore development teams to prioritize work and refine delivery scope.
• Provide architectural oversight and guidance throughout design and development phases.
• Create data migration strategies and integration approaches for new or modernized systems.
• Establish performance, scalability, and security requirements for systems and infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance during implementation to proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Support deployment planning, environmental readiness, and technical cutover activities.
• Facilitate change management through documentation, communication, and stakeholder training.

Pay

Salary Range- $120,000-$140,000 a year
