Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, implementation, tuning, and troubleshooting of ServiceNow CMDB solutions
- Develop models and architectural guidelines for ServiceNow implementations
- Translate business requirements into architectural blueprints for ServiceNow capabilities
- Serve as a technical SME for ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, and CSDM
- Design and implement integrations using Integration Hub, REST APIs, and custom spokes
- Lead platform governance, ensuring alignment with best practices and federal security standards
Requirements
- 12+ years of IT experience (or commensurate experience)
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification
- 8+ years of experience with ServiceNow architecture and implementation
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in agile team environments and directly with customers
- Self-starter who can work independently with minimal oversight
