Technical Analyst I – Retail IT Implementations
About the role
Team Summary: The Retail IT Implementations team is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supporting the deployment of technology solutions across Staples retail locations. The team partners closely with Store Operations, Construction, vendors, field technicians, development teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure technology initiatives are successfully implemented and supported throughout their lifecycle.
Role Summary: The Technical Analyst I plays a key role in supporting retail technology initiatives across the organization. This position coordinates technology deployments, analyzes operational requirements, supports implementation activities, and helps ensure retail technology solutions are successfully delivered and maintained. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and enjoys collaborating with a variety of business and technical stakeholders to solve problems and drive results.
