The team at Deloitte's Advertising, Marketing & Commerce (AMC) team creates content and experiences that inspire action. We design and implement technology platforms for personalized marketing across all digital touchpoints, specializing in customer-centric B2B and B2C solutions. Our in-house agency engages customers throughout their journey, working on projects like AdTech, MarTech, campaign automation, CRM, and lead-to-loyalty orchestration.

What You'll Teach

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on generative AI technologies, including tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Replit, Airtable, and platforms like OpenAI, Anthropic, and Gemini.
  • Tailor content to various skill levels and ensure practical, hands-on learning experiences for designers, engineers, and product managers.

What You'll Build

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement AI solutions for real-world problems.
  • Engage in rapid prototyping and iterative development to validate concepts and refine solutions.
  • Lead the incubation of new AI products, from ideation to deployment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 1+ years experience in AI, machine learning, and/or data science.
  • 1+ years experience with generative AI tools for software development, user experience, design, and product management.
  • 1+ years developing and delivering technical training programs and curricula, including 1+ years focused on AI.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% on average based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Knowledge of software development best practices and agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with product management and user experience design principles.
