Technical Advisor - Water/Wastewater

About the Role

The Technical Advisor - Water/Wastewater plays a critical role in Municipal Water Contract Operations, bridging technical water/wastewater expertise with client engagement to develop compelling and competitive offers for municipal clients.

Responsibilities

• Participate in national business pursuits, including client engagement and system assessments.
• Provide subject matter expertise on treatment technologies, operational best practices, and regulatory environments.
• Conduct technical and performance assessments of municipal water/wastewater systems.
• Collaborate with business development to shape offers aligned with client needs.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in proposals and client meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in water/wastewater services, operations, or engineering consulting.
• Strong technical background in water/wastewater processes.
• Business acumen including financial literacy and strategic thinking.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
