About the role

CohnReznick is one of the nation’s top professional services firms, delivering advisory, assurance, and tax services through CohnReznick LLP and CohnReznick Advisory LLC. The firm helps organizations optimize performance, manage risk, and maximize value, serving clients worldwide as an independent member of Nexia.

This Manager position sits within the Technical Accounting team of the CFO Advisory practice. CohnReznick operates as a hybrid firm; most professionals work within a commutable distance of an office, but this role is considered remote. Remote employees may be required to attend a CohnReznick office with scheduled notice for client work, team meetings, or trainings.

The team partners with the office of the CFO function for startups, middle‑market, and upper‑middle‑market companies, helping CFOs navigate strategic, operational, and accounting challenges. They assist clients in preparing for public or private transactions and work closely with the M&A group on pre‑ and post‑transaction support. Join us in helping finance and accounting executives conceptualize and develop the finance and accounting infrastructure needed to scale for success.

At CohnReznick, we are united by a mission to create opportunity, value, and trust for our clients, our people, and our communities. We emphasize work‑life balance, invest in a robust Total Rewards package, and encourage volunteering and team‑based problem solving.
