ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify, target, and pursue new customers
- Execute a structured prospecting strategy using cold calls, cold visits, networking, and referrals
- Lead discovery conversations to uncover process challenges and value opportunities
- Present value-based chemical solutions aligned to customer needs
- Manage the entire sales cycle from first contact through close
- Build and maintain a robust new-business pipeline
- Consistently meet or exceed new customer and revenue targets
- Partner internally to ensure smooth handoff after the sale
- Consistent new logo acquisition
- Strong pipeline development

Qualifications
- Proven B2B hunter with a track record of new customer acquisition
- Experience selling into manufacturing, metalworking, or industrial markets
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound activity
- Strong discovery, negotiation, and closing skills
- Highly competitive, self-directed, and resilient
- Comfortable working independently from a home office and in the field
