- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical account management or related field
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- Proficiency in relevant technologies and software tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
Skills
- Technical expertise in networking, cybersecurity, and cloud services
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience with CRM systems
