Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical account management or related field
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in relevant technologies and software tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time

Skills

  • Technical expertise in networking, cybersecurity, and cloud services
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience with CRM systems
