About the role

Join the cast at Dolly Parton's Stampede Dinner and Show as a tech stage crew member. This fun and rewarding opportunity lets you entertain guests, create lasting memories, and showcase your talents while working in a dynamic production environment.

As a show cast member, you’ll play a key role in the production—whether backstage, controlling lights and sound, dancing to Dolly’s soundtrack, engaging in guest participation, or riding a horse in competitions. We welcome all talent levels and provide on-the-job training and support.

Responsibilities

• Assist backstage with production elements
• Operate lighting and sound systems
• Participate in performances, including dancing and guest engagement
• Ride horses during competitions (experience helpful but not required)
• Work in a fast-paced environment with live animals

Requirements

• Comfortable with large crowds and/or being on stage
• Able to work various hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and run in sand for extended periods
