Tech, Mech & Maint 1st Shift

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily maintenance activities for the assigned area or shift
• Prioritize work orders and respond to equipment issues to minimize downtime
• Support onboarding and training of maintenance technicians and trainees
• Serve as break coverage and ensure continuity of maintenance support
• Provide technical support and escalate complex issues to higher levels

Maintenance & Technical Execution

• Perform troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of: Refrigeration systems, HVAC systems, Air compressors, Production and warehouse equipment, Facility infrastructure and building systems
• Support preventive maintenance (PM) execution and continuous improvement efforts
• Aid in installations, modifications, and equipment upgrades
• Maintain accurate documentation and work order records (CMMS or equivalent)

Safety, Quality & Reliability

• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety policies and procedures
• Support safe operation of ammonia refrigeration systems (where applicable)
• Maintain housekeeping standards within maintenance areas
• Escalate safety, equipment, or reliability concerns as needed

Required Qualifications

• Required Education: High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of maintenance experience in a warehouse, production, or industrial environment
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and lead by example on the floor
