About The Role Join a lean, fully remote team building mobile experiences for a blockchain trading platform. You will own the React Native app across iOS and Android, combining hands-on development with technical leadership as the product grows. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence the architecture and performance of a high-stakes trading application, ensuring it remains scalable, reliable, and user-friendly. As a key member of the team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust features, optimize user experience, and support the platform’s expansion into new markets and functionalities. Qualifications To excel in this role, candidates should possess between 7 to 10 years of mobile development experience, including ownership of architecture and technical decisions for production applications. A strong professional background in React Native, React, TypeScript, and JavaScript is essential, with a proven track record of shipping high-quality apps on both iOS and Android platforms. Familiarity with mobile CI/CD pipelines, REST APIs, and real-time data integrations such as gRPC, Server Sent Events, and WebSockets is required; experience with Node.js is a plus. Candidates should have prior experience working within crypto, blockchain, Web3, or DeFi environments, particularly with Cosmos SDK or EVM ecosystems. Additional experience in fintech or trading applications—covering market data, order execution, or charting—is desirable. Applicants must be US citizens or permanent residents to qualify for this role. Responsibilities Own the app's architecture, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, scalability, and maintainability for long-term success.Develop complex trading features and prediction markets using React Native and TypeScript, translating product requirements into functional mobile solutions.Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to define APIs, integrations, and real-time data flows that enhance user experience and platform capabilities.Lead the end-to-end development process for new features, from technical design through implementation, testing, deployment to app stores, and ongoing monitoring and iteration.Investigate and resolve production issues, improve app performance, and uphold engineering quality through rigorous code reviews and technical discussions. Benefits Wintermeyer Ventures offers a competitive annual salary range of $150,000 to $250,000 USD, commensurate with experience and expertise.
