Job Details

Responsibilities
- Coordinates task sequencing and resource allocation to optimize workflow efficiency and meet service targets.
- Makes sure installations perform as expected and monitors system outputs to spot trends and take corrective action.
- Evaluates technical discrepancies and documentation gaps to enhance controls and prevent recurrence.
- Fosters compliance with installation procedures and safety standards across operations.
- Solves complex technical issues through structured troubleshooting methods and escalates when necessary.
- Instructs team members on installation practices and technical standards to improve execution quality and continuity.
Requirements
- A High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
- An Associate's degree in industrial maintenance, mechatronics, electronics, mechanical systems, facilities maintenance, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance, equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, or a related field required.
- A certification in maintenance, technical operations, or equipment handling, or equivalent preferred.
Qualifications
