Job Details

Responsibilities

• Coordinates task sequencing and resource allocation to optimize workflow efficiency and meet service targets.
• Makes sure installations perform as expected and monitors system outputs to spot trends and take corrective action.
• Evaluates technical discrepancies and documentation gaps to enhance controls and prevent recurrence.
• Fosters compliance with installation procedures and safety standards across operations.
• Solves complex technical issues through structured troubleshooting methods and escalates when necessary.
• Instructs team members on installation practices and technical standards to improve execution quality and continuity.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• An Associate's degree in industrial maintenance, mechatronics, electronics, mechanical systems, facilities maintenance, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance, equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, or a related field required.
• A certification in maintenance, technical operations, or equipment handling, or equivalent preferred.

Qualifications
