About the role
The opportunity is for a D365 Finance & Project Accounting Solution Architect at EY. This role focuses on evaluating, designing, customizing, deploying, and optimizing solutions built on the Dynamics 365 Finance platform. The role involves working closely with various EY groups to deliver digital engagements and solutions that align with clients' digital visions and strategies.

- Engaging in continuous process improvement and identifying innovative solutions.

- Working in project teams through agreed-upon phases of project governance, requirements definition, vendor selection, risk analysis, customization, testing, training, and rollout of a client's project life cycle.
- Collaborating with team members in developing applicable methodologies, tools, approaches, points of view, thought leadership, and accelerators to differentiate EY in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance market.
- Providing broad technical and functional knowledge of various modules within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Team with client technology professionals and third-party strategic alliances.
- Application and Tool Analysis, Cloud Computing Architecture, Cybersecurity and Privacy Architecture, Complex Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking, Building and Managing Relationships, Communicating With Impact.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
- No less than 4 - 6 years relevant experience in solution architecture and/or ERP software solutions.
- 5 or more years of project experience in one of the following platforms: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009, AX2012 or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance.
- Minimum of 3 full lifecycle implementations of Dynamics 365 Finance with Project Accounting.
- Proven experience in Application and Tool Analysis, Cloud Computing Architecture, and Cybersecurity and Privacy Architecture.
- Strong capabilities in Data Architecture Design and Modelling, and familiarity with Design Methodologies & Tools.
- Knowledge of Emerging Technologies, IT Standards and Governance, and Platform Architecture.
- Expertise in Solution Architecture Design and Technical Feasibility Analysis.
- Skills in Building and Managing Relationships, Client Trust and Value, and Commercial Astuteness.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate with impact.
- Track record of Complex Problem-Solving, Critical Thinking, and Digital Fluency.
- Leadership qualities, including Driving Outcomes, Emotional Agility, and Leading Teams.
- Adaptability and Learning Agility, with experience in Managing Change and Negotiation and Influencing.

What We Offer
- A comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business.
- The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $142,600 to $261,500.
- In the New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento), the base salary range is $171,200 to $297,200.
- Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography.

- Our expectation is for most people in external, client-serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project, or year.
