Responsibilities
- Aid MRI and CT Technicians with patient flow
- Communicate with patients and prepare them for the exam
- Coordinate patient films and reports
- Stock supplies
- Participate in On-Site MRI Safety Training
- Aware of MR Safety screening questions
- Perform duties in or near areas containing specialized imaging equipment
Requirements
- Able to work rotating Saturdays from 7:30am-10:00am or 7:30am-3:30pm (evening coverage when needed)
- Excellent communication skills
- Medical office experience a plus, but not required
- Knowledge of medical terminology a plus, but not required
- Enrollment in a formal Radiologic Tech or MRI Tech program is a real plus
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to pass a background check
