Responsibilities
- Provide superior support and assistance to patients as they prepare for various Radiology exams, including Interventional Radiology (IR) procedures
- Meet with patients to verify their histories and discuss protocols for their examinations and procedures
- Assist with Interventional Radiology procedures
- Assist with MRI and CT examinations
Requirements
- Certified Medical Assistant, LPN, or EMT preferred
- CPR (BLS) certification required
- 2+ years of prior medical office experience
- For Interventional Radiology procedures, surgical office/hospital setting experience highly preferred
- For MRI and CT examinations, must demonstrate an understanding of MRI and CT procedures
Pay
The hourly range for this position is $19.00–$27.00. Final determinations may vary based on education, work experience, certifications, geographic location, and other factors.
