Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate engineering efforts in the delivery of Tools & Testing and Tubing Conveyed Perforating products and services.
• Provide engineering expertise to external customers.
• Negotiate critical and controversial issues with top-level engineers and officers of other organizations and companies.
• Address problems characterized by lack of scientific precedents or prior research success, where solutions represent significant advancements.
• Serve as a technical specialist making authoritative decisions and recommendations with far-reaching impact on extensive engineering and related company activities.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering.
• 10-15 years of oil field service experience, including business development and team management.
