Responsibilities
Responsible for a variety of technical services which include mechanical design requiring knowledge of basic and approved engineering principles.
Requirements
- Knowledge of how to use allen wrenches, torque wrenches, and socket wrenches (no exceptions).
- Minimum of two years work experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work overtime hours when requested by the BD Manager due to business needs.
- Ability to start job assignment while background checks are pending, provided all criminal background checks are cleared.
- Must pass an on‑site eye exam.
- Must wear steel‑toe or composite shoes.
- One year experience in project management or manufacturing environment.
- Drug screening is not required for this job assignment.
Qualifications
- Two‑year degree in applied technical sciences or equivalent from a vocational or related technical college.
Skills
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- PC skills; familiarity with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Minitab, SAP, CAD, MS Project, and Visio.
- Working knowledge of blueprints, schematics, and part drawings.
Pay
$21.00 per hour.
Schedule
Regular work schedule: 8 am–8 pm H‑shift (3‑2‑2‑3). Training shift: G‑shift (3‑2‑2‑3) – 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off.
