About the role
Deliver an exceptional athlete experience by helping athletes find the right products to support their sport, activity and lifestyle. As a Sales Teammate, you will provide knowledge and personalized service, assist with product selection, maintain strong merchandising and presentation standards, and build meaningful connections with every athlete. Working as part of a team-first environment, you will bring expertise, energy and passion while supporting sales results and ensuring every athlete leaves confident in their purchase.
Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional athlete experience by greeting all athletes, identifying needs, and providing personalized product recommendations.
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge to educate athletes on features and benefits that help them make confident purchasing decisions.
- Drive sales results through effective selling behaviors, basket-building techniques, and promoting company programs such as loyalty memberships, protection plans, and credit offerings.
- Collaborate with teammates across the store, demonstrating a team-first mindset and contributing to overall store goals and operational excellence.
- Consistently represent the brand through professionalism, enthusiasm and a passion for helping athletes achieve their goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
Pay
Targeted Pay Range: $17.00 - $24.00. Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, location, experience and position offered. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
