Teammate - Operations

About the Role

At DICK’S Sporting Goods, we believe in how positively sports can change lives. As an Operations Teammate you will support store success by executing inventory, fulfillment, merchandising, and operational processes with accuracy and efficiency. You will help maintain product availability, pricing accuracy, signage standards, and overall store readiness to deliver a seamless athlete experience, whether working behind the scenes or on the sales floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute inventory, replenishment, and fulfillment processes accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain product availability and ensure merchandise is properly stocked and organized.
• Support pricing, signage, and merchandising standards throughout the store.
• Demonstrate teamwork, adaptability, and a commitment to operational excellence in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Deliver exceptional athlete engagement by greeting all athletes.
• Collaborate with sales teammates across the store to identify athlete needs and provide a personalized experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Interview Process

• Cameras must be on during all virtual interviews.
• AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) are not permitted to be used by the candidate during any part of the interview process.
• Offers are contingent upon a satisfactory background check, which may include ID verification.

Pay

Targeted Pay Range: $17.00 – $24.00 per hour. Starting rate may vary based on location, experience, and position offered. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
