Support store success behind the scenes by executing inventory, fulfillment, and operational processes with accuracy and efficiency. As a Teammate – Off Field Operations, you play a critical role in keeping the store athlete-ready while working as part of a high-performing, team-first environment. Responsibilities
- Execute inventory, fulfillment, and operational processes with accuracy and efficiency
- Keep the store athlete-ready by supporting behind-the-scenes operations
- Work as part of a high-performing, team-first environment
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Cameras must be on during all virtual interviews
- Do not use AI tools (like ChatGPT or others) during interviews or assessments
- Offers are contingent upon a satisfactory background check which may include ID verification
Pay
Targeted Pay Range: $17.00 - $24.00. Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, location, experience, and position offered. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
