About the role

As a Teammate – Footwear, you will assist with product selection, merchandise expertise, and ensure every athlete finds the right fit. Join a team focused on service, expertise, and results.

Responsibilities

• Assist athletes with product selection and footwear shopping experiences.
• Provide merchandise expertise to help athletes find the right fit.
• Deliver exceptional service to athletes of all abilities.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

• Cameras must be on during all virtual interviews.

Pay

Targeted Pay Range: $15.50 - $24.25. Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, location, experience and position offered. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
