About the role

Help athletes perform at their best by delivering exceptional service and supporting the footwear shopping experience. As a Teammate – Footwear, you will assist with product selection, merchandise expertise, and ensure every athlete finds the right fit. Join a team focused on service, expertise, and results.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional experiences to athletes of all abilities in our stores.
• Assist with product selection and provide merchandise expertise.
• Ensure every athlete finds the right fit in footwear.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Cameras must be on during all virtual interviews.
• AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) are not permitted during any part of the interview process.
• Offers are contingent upon a satisfactory background check, which may include ID verification.

Pay

Targeted pay range: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour. Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, location, experience, and position offered. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
