About the role
Help athletes perform at their best by delivering exceptional service and supporting the footwear shopping experience. As a Teammate – Footwear, you will assist with product selection, merchandise expertise, and ensure every athlete finds the right fit. Join a team focused on service, expertise, and results.
Responsibilities
- Assist with product selection and provide merchandise expertise.
- Ensure every athlete finds the right fit through exceptional service.
- Support the footwear shopping experience in-store.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Cameras must be on during all virtual interviews.
- AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) are not permitted during any part of the interview process.
- Offers are contingent upon a satisfactory background check, which may include ID verification.
Pay
Targeted pay range: $16.50 - $24.50 per hour. Starting rate may vary based on location, experience, and position offered. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
