Your Mission
Own and evolve the MORE U.S. visual identity and creative expression
Lead design across social, influencer, digital, e-commerce, retail, events, packaging, and marketing campaigns
Translate global brand guidelines into market-relevant U.S. executions
Partner with external agencies, freelancers, creators, photographers, and production partners
Support major brand launches, product launches, retail activations, and seasonal campaigns
Help establish and manage a scalable creative workflow and asset development process
Collaborate closely with the future social and content teams as we continue to build out the U.S. marketing organization
Your Experience & Skills
- 6+ years of experience in design and creative development
- Strong portfolio spanning brand, digital, social, and consumer products
- Experience working within high-growth consumer brands, preferably wellness, lifestyle, beauty, food & beverage, or fitness
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-moving environment
- Strong creative taste with experience managing agencies and creative partners
