Teamcenter–SAP Integration Lead (T4S/T4ST PLMSI) -- Fremont, CA - Twice per month

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Teamcenter SAP Integration Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Siemens Teamcenter, SAP integration, and T4S/T4ST PLMSI. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end integration design, development, configuration, and delivery across Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and SAP systems. The candidate should have extensive experience integrating materials, Bills of Materials (BOMs), documents, change management, Bills of Process (BOP), and Bills of Equipment (BOE), along with a strong understanding of data mapping, revision control, lifecycle synchronization, and integration troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, development, configuration, and implementation of Teamcenter SAP integrations using T4S/T4ST PLMSI.
• Configure and develop integrations for materials, EBOM, MBOM, BOP, BOE, documents, and engineering/manufacturing change management (ECN/MCN).
• Ensure accurate EBOM-to-MBOM transfer, synchronization, and data consistency across systems.
• Design and implement BOP and BOE integrations, including Opcenter integration using C4NT.
• Define data mappings, transformation rules, validation logic, and integration requirements.
• Implement effectivity mapping, revision control, and lifecycle state synchronization.
• Conduct requirement discovery and analyze existing and future-state business processes.
• Prepare and maintain Interface Design Specifications (IDS), mapping documents, and technical design documentation.
• Develop, configure, and troubleshoot T4S/T4ST handlers, workflows, and templates.
• Implement error handling, logging, monitoring, and reprocessing mechanisms.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve integration defects and production issues.
• Optimize integration performance, reliability, and data integrity.
• Track requirements, tasks, and defects using Azure DevOps (AVD).
• Collaborate with PLM, SAP, manufacturing, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and defect resolution.
• Provide technical guidance to junior team members and promote integration best practices.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Siemens Teamcenter and SAP integrations.
• Proven expertise in T4S (Teamcenter Gateway for SAP) and T4ST/T4ST PLMSI integration technologies.
• Experience integrating materials, BOMs, documents, and engineering change management.
• Strong understanding of EBOM, MBOM, BOP, and BOE structures and synchronization.
• Experience with Opcenter integration using C4NT.
• Knowledge of data mapping, transformations, validations, effectivity, revision control, and lifecycle states.
• Experience developing and troubleshooting integration handlers, workflows, and templates.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and root cause analysis skills.
• Experience with Azure DevOps for requirement and defect management.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder coordination, and technical leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in PLM, Teamcenter, SAP, and enterprise integrations.
• Experience leading end-to-end integration implementations in manufacturing or engineering environments.
• Familiarity with SIT/UAT planning, technical documentation, and integration governance.
• Experience mentoring developers and coordinating cross-functional technical teams.
