Teamcenter PLM Developer

About the role

Our client, a leader in the Aerospace & Defense industry, is seeking a PLM Developer to join their team. As a PLM Developer, you will be part of the Siemens Teamcenter Aerospace & Defense support team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Responsibilities

• Build Teamcenter customizations, extensions, and integrations on a large-scale PLM modernization project.
• Develop complex extensions and build agent-ready services using Siemens Teamcenter platform (ITK, SOA, Active Workspace).
• Collaborate within a blended onshore-offshore team to ensure high-quality delivery aligned with shared standards.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity and support augmented engineering efforts.
• Implement integrations and migration utilities based on technical design specifications.

Requirements

• Experience with Siemens Teamcenter customization, including ITK, SOA, and Active Workspace.
• Proficiency in developing agent-ready services and integrations.
• Ability to work independently and mentor junior team members.
• Strong understanding of software development best practices, including testing and documentation.
• Experience working within distributed teams and adhering to shared standards.
