Responsibilities
- Work as Technical Lead to groom and guide the team.
- Interact with the customer to understand requirements and propose and implement solutions using Teamcenter Architect, and guide the team to implement the solution.
- Design and lead the development of different modules and manage release processes.
- Check the feasibility of integration of upgraded systems with downstream systems and enable the integration.
- Guide the team in Teamcenter installation.
- Lead the team to execute customization and troubleshooting in Teamcenter.
- Work closely with the customer to understand requirements.
- Prepare required technical documentation according to standards.
- Lead and manage code configuration.
- Guide the team to perform unit testing.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, liaising with a variety of stakeholders.
- Be self‑motivated and proactive.
- Maintain flexibility to respond to day‑to‑day changes.
- Show constant dynamism and manage pressure effectively.
- Pay attention to detail.
- Ability to work both in a team and individually.
- Exhibit organizational skills and meet tight deadlines.
- Handle demanding customers effectively.
Skills
- Advanced Java concepts.
- Experience with Teamcenter (PLM) product.
