About the role
A Teamcenter Administrator is responsible for maintaining and supporting the Siemens Teamcenter PLM environment. The role ensures system availability, manages users and security, supports upgrades, troubleshoots issues, and works with business users to keep Teamcenter running efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Administer Teamcenter Development, Test, and Production environments
- Create and manage users, groups, roles, and access permissions
- Monitor system performance and resolve application issues
- Install patches, upgrades, and perform migrations
- Manage backups and support disaster recovery activities
- Support integrations with CAD and enterprise systems
- Coordinate with Siemens GTAC and infrastructure teams for issue resolution
- Prepare technical documentation and provide user support
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of Teamcenter administration experience
- User/security management experience
- Teamcenter L2/L3 Support Administrator in programs such as PLM support
- Teamcenter upgrade and migration exposure
- Experience with GTAC support
- Monitoring and troubleshooting of Teamcenter infrastructure and services

Pay
The base compensation range for this role is $73,150 to $174,000. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The actual compensation offered may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, education, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, market considerations, and internal pay equity.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions.
