Member Duties
- Support Rainbow Youth Center attendees through individual therapy, youth programming (clubs, field trips, events)
- Case management
- Crisis advocacy
- Facilitating Crime Victim Services Programs
- Serving on a multidisciplinary crisis team
- Completing graduate-level internship requirements
- Data tracking
- Mandatory reporting compliance
- Trauma-informed practice
- Participation in Team Up regional trainings and Days of Service
