Team Trainer (2nd Shift)
About the role
with paragraph. Responsibilities: list of duties. Requirements/Qualifications: combine qualifications. Skills: maybe separate but we have many skill categories; could combine into Requirements. Benefits: Paid breaks, weekly pay and great benefits! Might be too vague but it's specific: Paid breaks, weekly pay, great benefits. Could include. Pay: Pay Rate. Schedule: 2nd Shift, Monday - Friday, 3:00pm - 11:00pm. We should not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not include boilerplate: EEO, accommodation request, PACLife description maybe considered boilerplate? It's company description but could be considered substantive? It's about PAC worldwide. Might be considered fluff but it's part of posting. The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The PACLife description is not exactly boilerplate but could be considered company overview; might be okay to keep? It's not required but could be considered substantive. However we might keep a brief "About PAC" paragraph? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep the PAC Worldwide description as it's substantive. But we need to decide where to place it. Could be under a section "About the company" but not in allowed headings list. Allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We cannot add other headings. So we must fit that info into those sections. The PAC description could go under About the role or maybe under Responsibilities? Probably About the role can include both role description and company overview. That seems okay. We must not include duplicated lines. Ensure we don't repeat. Now craft HTML. Structure:About the role

We must ensure no duplicate content. Check that we didn't repeat "must be capable of maintaining good attendance" appears twice (General and Competencies). It's okay but could be considered duplicate. Might want to deduplicate. The instruction: remove duplicated lines. So we should avoid repeating same sentence. Let's see: In General we have "must be capable of maintaining good attendance." In Competencies we also have "must be capable of maintaining good attendance." That's duplicate. We should keep only one occurrence. Let's remove from Competencies. Also "must be capable of maintaining good attendance" appears also maybe elsewhere? Not else. Also "must be capable of maintaining good attendance" appears in General and Competencies; we keep one. Also "must be capable of maintaining good attendance" appears also in Physical Demands? No. Also "must be capable of maintaining good attendance" appears in Work Environment? No. Thus edit Competencies to remove that phrase. Also "must be capable of maintaining good attendance" appears in General; we keep. Check other duplicates: "Ability to instruct on machine operations" appears only once. "Ability to learn, operate or have a working knowledge of production equipment in PAC facilities, including auxiliary, Thermoforming equipment." appears once. "Experience/knowledge of the Extruder and NGR preferred but not required." appears once. "Working knowledge of PAC safety policies and procedures, and common industrial safety practices." appears once. "Ability to balance various responsibilities and manage time is critical to successful training." appears once. "Maintains a controlled training environment focused on training topics, completing training within the allotted time frame." appears once. Now check for any other duplicate lines: "Must be able to read, speak, and write English with strong interpersonal skills." appears only once. "Ability to explain tasks and procedures clearly, listen actively, and be sensitive to the importance of body language and nonverbal communication." appears once. "Ability to communicate with people from other cultures/countries through the use of hands, body language, translation software, pictures, videos, documentation, TM’s, etc." appears once. Now check for duplicate bullet in Responsibilities: none. Now ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO, accommodation request, PACLife description? We kept PACLife description in About the role. That's okay. Now ensure we didn't include "Request an accommodation here:
