About the role
As a Team Supervisor (TS) at Wawa, you'll lead a shift to ensure smooth operations and memorable customer experiences. Your responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, coordinating with associates and customers, enforcing policies, managing inventory, and supporting productivity.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and gather feedback to enhance customer interactions.
- Ensure efficient and effective food and beverage service by coordinating among associates, customers, and orders.
- Provide direction, feedback, and recognition to improve associate performance and productivity.
- Enforce safety, security, and store policies, including crisis management protocols.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, vendor check-ins, and cash handling procedures.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation.
- Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Supervisory experience in retail, food service, or fuel industries is a plus.
- Effective communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.

Pay & Schedule
The hourly range for this position is $19.25 - $26.00, commensurate with position, experience, and location. Associates also receive a $2.00 shift differential for hours worked between 12am-6am.
Schedule
Associates have the opportunity to opt into a 4-day work week, providing more time to balance personal commitments.
