Team Supervisor (Overnights)

About the role

As a Team Supervisor (TS) at Wawa, you'll lead a shift to ensure seamless operations and memorable customer experiences. Your responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, coordinating with associates and customers, enforcing policies, managing inventory, and supporting productivity.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and gather feedback to enhance customer interactions.
• Coordinate between associates, customers, and orders to deliver efficient and effective service.
• Provide direction, feedback, and recognition to improve associate performance and productivity.
• Enforce safety, security, and store policies, including crisis management protocols.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, vendor check-ins, and cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation.
• Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Supervisory experience in retail, food service, or fuel industries is a plus.
• Effective communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.

Pay

The hourly range for this position is $19.00 - $25.65, commensurate with position, experience, and location. Associates also receive a $2.00 shift differential for hours worked between 12am-6am.
