Team Supervisor (Evenings & Overnights)

About the role

As a Team Supervisor (TS) at Wawa, you'll lead a shift to ensure smooth operations and memorable customer experiences. You'll handle customer inquiries, coordinate with associates and customers, enforce policies, manage inventory, and support productivity.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and gather feedback to enhance customer interactions
• Ensure efficient and effective food and beverage service by coordinating among associates and customers
• Provide direction, feedback, and recognition to boost associate productivity and performance
• Enforce safety, security, and store policies, including crisis management protocols
• Manage inventory, stock levels, vendor check-ins, and cash handling procedures

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
• Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Supervisory experience in retail, food service, or fuel industries is a plus
• Ability to communicate effectively, solve problems, and build relationships

Pay

The hourly range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00, commensurate with position, experience, and location. Associates also receive a $2.00 shift differential for hours worked between 12am-6am.
