Team Supervisor, Chesapeake Connections

This is an opportunity to assist in overseeing the day-to-day administrative running of the treatment team. Your efforts will support the care team in achieving positive outcomes related to program goals.
Responsibilities
- Serving as a primary case manager for a small caseload
- Serving as a point person in the absence of the clinical team coordinator in ensuring that daily tasks and goals are completed
- Tracking proper completion of weekly and monthly reporting

Pay
The pay range for this position is $58,349.50 minimum to $65,563.62 maximum. Pay for this position is determined on a number of factors, including but not limited to, years and level of related experience.
Requirements
One of the following education and experience combinations:
- A bachelor’s degree and five years of experience
- A master’s degree and three years of experience
- A driver’s license with 3-points or less and access to an insured vehicle
