About the role

Our financial advisors serve clients in new markets, creating opportunities for people who share our passion to enable clients to lead lives full of meaning and gratitude. Joining an existing team allows you to leverage the diverse skill sets of experienced financial advisors to serve more clients and accelerate the growth of your business.

Responsibilities

• Support and joint fieldwork opportunities directly from experienced financial advisors.
• Build your book of business with the ultimate goal of joining the sponsoring team as a financial advisor within three months to three years.
• Meet with potential clients to build genuine, long-term relationships based on shared values and goals.
• Empower clients to make knowledgeable financial decisions about education, investments, insurance, and retirement.
• Build a strong personal network through local nonprofits, churches, and businesses for future growth.
• Develop skills and best practices to be a successful financial advisor.

Requirements

Candidates in the Team-Sponsored Launch model will obtain the necessary licenses over the course of eight to 13 weeks (varies due to individual situations).

These licenses include: Resident state Life, Health and Annuity, Securities Industry Essentials, Series 6/63 or 7/66 (7/63 and 65).

After completing licensing, participants may enroll in a comprehensive training program lasting up to eight weeks.

Skills

Skills acquired in various career backgrounds, including outside sales, business management, education, ministry, hospitality, military, and more, transition well into the financial advisor role.

Benefits

Team-Sponsored Launch candidates receive stable income through individual and team sales commissions, and incentive pay structures. Eligible for:

• $24,000 - $30,000 plus commission

Compensation varies based on individual performance and experience.

Schedule
