Job Summary
Join the excitement of game days and events at the iconic Chase Field, home of the Arizona Diamondbacks! We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to become part of our Retail team and help deliver unforgettable experiences to our guests.
- Greet guests in friendly and welcoming manner; ensure a welcoming atmosphere at all times.
- Provide exceptional, friendly, and courteous service to guests.
- Answer guests’ questions regarding merchandise, prices, and product availability.
- Accurately ring up merchandise, ensuring correct totals, and process payments on the Point-of-sale (POS) system; adheres to Levy’s Payment Integrity Policy
- Effectively communicate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Maintain knowledge of current merchandise, sales, and promotions to assist guests in finding desired products.
- Restock shelves, counters, and tables with new merchandise as needed.
- Set up displays and organize merchandise to drive sales and attract customers.
- Aid in retail warehouse as needed with stocking, unpacking, and inventory counts.
- Handle guest concerns and complaints in a professional and courteous manner; escalate to Supervisor and Managers to address issues that may arise.
- Ensure work area remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety and sanitation requirements.
- Perform opening and closing duties, including set up and breakdown of merchandise displays, restocking, folding, and putting away merchandise.
- Collaborate with team members and management to create a positive, efficient work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills
- Excellent customer service skills; ability to interact professionally and effectively.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, and customer service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required for stadium events.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, cashiering, or customer service preferred.
- Previous experience in the sports and entertainment industry a plus.
Physical Demands
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods, ranging 6-12 hours, during events or as required by operational demands.
- Must be able to perform physical tasks, including walking, standing, ascending/descending stairs, as necessary.
- Frequently required to use fingers and hands to type, enter data, or operate equipment
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel as needed.
