You start your day partnering with leaders across the organization—helping shape workforce strategies, navigating team member relations, and ensuring the business is set up for long-term success. No two days look the same. One moment, you’re advising on a complex employee relations matter; the next, you’re diving into HR analytics to uncover trends that will drive smarter decisions.
Details of the Job
Partner with leadership to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals
Lead workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning initiatives
Manage complex employee relations issues, including investigations and conflict resolution
Coach managers on performance management, leadership development, and engagement
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws across multiple regions
Oversee compliance programs, audits, and documentation processes
Support team member development by identifying skill gaps and recommending growth opportunities
Analyze compensation and benefits trends to help attract and retain top talent
Use HR data and analytics to identify trends and guide strategic decisions
Lead change management initiatives and cross-functional HR projects
Qualifications
5–7 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role
Holds a bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
Broad knowledge of employee relations, compensation, compliance, and organizational development
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to build trust and influence at all levels of an organization
HR certifications like SHRM-CP or PHR preferred
Open to occasional travel and ideally based in the Midwest
