Responsibilities Complete the PLACE Launch program to establish a strong foundation in team systems and real estate practices.Execute the team’s PLACE lead-generation systems on a consistent weekly basis.Consult with prospective buyers, secure signed buyer representation agreements, and identify suitable properties.Advise sellers and buyers throughout the transaction process, including negotiating offers on their behalf.Maintain accurate records of tasks, activities, and client interactions within PLACE Technology.Host Open Houses weeklyParticipate in weekly script practice, team activities, one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls in accordance with team standards.Consult with prospective sellers, convert opportunities into listings, and effectively market their properties.Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategies, staging recommendations, and other listing-related services. Qualifications Our ideal candidate: Holds an active Michigan real estate license.Has established real estate sales experience and a track record of closed transactions.Is committed to building and growing a full-time real estate business.Is confident, self-motivated, professional, and results-oriented.Values accessible leadership, collaboration, and ongoing professional development.Welcomes coaching, accountability, and constructive feedback.Is willing to prospect consistently, follow up, and take ownership of their results.Wants to build a sustainable business rather than simply chase the next transaction.
