About the role

As a Team Member, you will provide exceptional customer service, perform thorough cleaning and stocking, process accurate payment transactions, prepare and serve quality food, and assist in meeting the needs of travelers. This is a non-exempt, seasonal position reporting to the General Manager.

Responsibilities

• Consistently provide friendly customer service through positive, helpful interactions with travelers.
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) system, accurately process payments, and follow cash handling policies.
• Follow proper food handling procedures, including wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating, and checking product temperatures.
• Complete kitchen-related tasks such as prepping, thawing, cooking, packaging, wrapping, and cleaning.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstations and equipment.
• Actively cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services available in the plaza.
• Follow brand standards, food safety requirements, and company policies.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequently bend, twist, lift, and carry at least 40 pounds.
• Ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions, policy documents, and converse comfortably with customers.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.

Skills

• Friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing interactions with the public and coworkers.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
