Responsibilities

• Create unforgettable experiences for our current and future members by providing warm greetings, high fives, and engaging club tours.
• Maintain a clean and inviting space by completing and coordinating daily cleaning tasks.
• Aid in memberships, retail sales, member check-ins, and phone inquiries, resolving member questions related to accounts, billing, and club services.
• Support Kids Club operations as needed, fostering collaboration and ensuring exceptional service for families.
• Prepare and serve smoothies (at clubs with Chuze Blends).

Requirements

• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills over the phone and in person.
• Team-based mindset with the capacity to receive and deliver feedback.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work varied hours, weekends, and opening/closing shifts regularly or as needed.

Physical Abilities

• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English.
• Ability to walk, bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive arm and hand movements.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to operate a telephone, computer, and other standard office equipment.
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds independently and heavier loads with assistance when needed.
