About the role

The Team Member is responsible for creating quality food and providing quality guest service in a fun, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prep, cook, package, and serve food for guests in a timely fashion.
• Ensure the food product meets operational, food safety, and brand standards.
• Create a fun, fast-paced atmosphere for guests.
• Greet guests by stating, “Welcome to Moe’s!”
• Ensure guests are completely satisfied with their order.
• Maintain cleanliness of prep area, equipment, and restaurant in accordance with operational, food safety, and brand standards.
• Be punctual, wear the correct uniform, and maintain a friendly demeanor.
• Demonstrate high integrity and a strong work ethic.
• Consistently exhibit company values and perform all tasks as directed by leadership.
• Represent Moe’s and Quality Fresca, LLC professionally in all aspects of performance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication skills with team members, leaders, and guests.
• Good guest service skills.
• Self-discipline and ability to multi-task.
• Adherence to company core values (Quality Way).
• Availability to work weekends (Friday through Sunday); may be requested to work some weekdays.

Physical and Cognitive Requirements

• Regularly required to communicate clearly, move, and remain in a stationary position.
• Must occasionally transport and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Regularly detect, perceive, identify, recognize, judge, inspect, estimate, observe, and assess items, information, and objects in a restaurant environment.
