Responsibilities

• Price donations according to Goodwill’s pricing guidelines to achieve pricing goals.
• Strategically price donations to maximize the amount of money that supports the mission.
• Work in the production area where no two days (or donations) are the same, handling a variety of items.
• Support the Goodwill Mission by ensuring donated goods are ready for sale on the sales floor.

Requirements

• One year of retail or production experience is preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, and reach for the duration of your shift.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds.

Pay

• Starting rate: $15 per hour.
• Attendance bonus: $1,300 per year for good attendance.
• Employee referral program: earn $250 or more per referral after the referred employee completes their probationary period.
• Eligibility to participate in an incentive plan (subject to plan terms and conditions; participation does not guarantee payment).
• Compensation placement considers education, experience, internal equity, market demands, and other qualifying factors.

Schedule

Set schedule: Monday through Friday, day shifts only. No nights or weekends required.
