Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage guests with warmth and enthusiasm, no exceptions
- Drive walk-in bookings by actively promoting the experience inside and outside the venue
- Host games with energy, keeping the mood fun and inclusive for every group
- Maintain a spotless, organized, and guest-ready environment at all times
- Handle questions and concerns quickly, making sure guests leave impressed
- Support the venue manager in motivating, training, and coaching the team
- Open or close the venue confidently, ensuring all operational steps are completed.

- Natural people-person who genuinely enjoys guest interaction
- Thrives in a busy environment and can switch gears fast
- Organized and dependable, even under pressure
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Confident with basic tech like tablets and booking systems

Performance & Employment Terms
Employment is subject to successful completion of a performance based 90 day probationary period.
