Team Member- Retail Store

About the role

Team Member in the Operations department, reporting to the General Manager. Seasonal positions are available April 1st through September 30th; seasonal employees receive Flex (Sick Time), Earned Wage Access, Employee Referral Bonus, and Meal Discount only.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and engage in positive, helpful interactions with travelers.
• Operate point-of-sale systems, process and receive payments accurately, and follow cash-handling policies.
• Follow food-handling procedures: wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating, and checking product temperatures.
• Perform kitchen tasks: prepping, thawing, cooking, packaging, wrapping, and cleaning.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstations and equipment.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services available in the plaza.
• Follow brand standards, food safety requirements, company policies, and procedures.
• Execute other tasks as assigned.

Essential Experience & Skills

• Ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.

Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequently bend, twist, lift, and carry at least 40 pounds.
• Speak, read, and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents; converse comfortably with customers.
• Available for a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
