Team Member Relations Manager

Overview

Under general direction of the Director of HR or designee, responsible for overseeing and managing all employee relations activities at the property level.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that all team member issues, investigations, disciplinary actions, and performance management processes are handled fairly, consistently, and in compliance with company policy, the Navajo Preference in Employment Act (NPEA), and applicable federal and state laws.
